What is Haven?
Haven Uncommon Goods is a boutique shop in Florida that has recently expanded to offer select items to its online customers. We are especially excited to feature our one-of-a-kind items, unique, vintage and handcrafted products to an audience across the nation. As a small business, we are excited to offer an exclusive shopping experience for our loyal friends and guests as well as welcome new visitors through our online "doors".

We are located in Winter Park, FL.
How often do you get new items?
All the time! Every month, our curation teams brings new items into our inventory. Sometimes things are so rare and valuable that we simply cannot list them in our shop as a regular item. If you'd like to be the first to see the newest curiosities, and have exclusive access to purchase these uncommon goods be sure to join our email club.
Are items really "one-of-a-kind"?
If the item is marked "uncommon", you can be absolutely sure your purchase is of a unique piece. Whether it be a vintage item that shows its age and story, a handcrafted piece of jewelry, a piece of art, or some other specialty item- we pride ourselves in curating a collection that is unlike any other.
I'm a creator, how can I have my items featured in your shop?

Where is my order?
All shipping confirmations include a tracking number for you to track your parcel from our doorstep to yours. Check the inbox for the email address you provided at checkout. If it's been more than 5 days since you've received your order, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping + Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of undamaged, unopened, unworn goods within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is not included. Be sure to check out our full return policy here.
Where do you ship?
We ship domestically to the US. If you have a special request for international shipping, we may be able to accommodate you if you reach out to us directly at email@example.com.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes. We are glad to gift wrap small items if you let us know during checkout.
How can I return an item that doesn't fit?
If your purchase doesn't fit quite right, we will be glad to exchange it for a different size as long as the tags are intact and the garment is returned unworn and in original condition. Be sure to check out our full return policy here.
